- The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in the return of funds and a potential account review.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional credits are governed by these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms take precedence for that bonus only.
- Bonuses credited to a player's account must be wagered a specified number of times (the rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonuses between accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- 87bed reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus that has already been credited and wagered according to its stated terms will not be retroactively cancelled.

Section 6
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 87bed Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed. Associated funds may be voided where prohibited activity is proven.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any way not available to standard human users.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live table games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit bonus structures.
- Using the Platform in connection with any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity under applicable law.
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule through shared devices, payment methods, or residential addresses.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds in a manner that the player knows or reasonably suspects is unintended by 87bed. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided.
87bed actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Players who suspect another user is engaging in prohibited activities are encouraged to report this to 87bed support.
Section 7
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
87bed provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 87bed takes reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, free from interruption, or free from technical faults. 87bed shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform unavailability, technical errors not caused by 87bed's gross negligence, or events beyond 87bed's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events).
87bed's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 87bed account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from 87bed's fraud or wilful misconduct.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming and e-commerce law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 87bed's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to an independent arbitration body. By using the Platform, you consent to this dispute resolution approach.
Section 8
Amendments to These Terms
87bed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 87bed will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor or clarificatory changes, notice may be given at the time the updated Terms are published.
Your continued use of the 87bed Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account before your account is closed.
